I am a full-stack developer and indie maker who enjoys building practical, end-to-end web applications from scratch. my focus is on combining clean, responsive frontend interfaces with scalable, cost-efficient serverless backend architectures. recently, i designed and launched kotutor, an ai-powered language learning platform. this project allowed me to manage the complete development lifecycle, where i successfully implemented: • a serverless backend using cloudflare workers and cloudflare d1 (sqlite) database, keeping operational hosting costs at $0/month. • deep integrations with the google gemini api to power contextual translation, syntactic grammar analysis, and natural conversation. • a spaced repetition system (srs) algorithm to optimize vocabulary learning. • a modern, responsive user interface built using custom css and vanilla javascript.
