Does Premium pay for itself?

Yes, on any single sale over about $9,700. Premium is $290/year and the success fee difference (3% vs 6%) saves you 3% of the sale price - $1,500 on a $50k sale. On the monthly plan ($35/mo), one $1,200 sale covers the month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes - cancel from your billing settings at any point. You keep Premium until the end of your current period.

What happens to my offers if I downgrade?

Open offers stay open until they hit Free's 7-day expiry from your downgrade date. New offers after downgrade follow Free's caps.

Who pays which fees?

Buyers pay for access: a $25 unlock per listing (or Premium, which includes 20 a month) plus Escrow.com's at-cost escrow fee. Sellers pay for outcome: a success fee on completed transfers - 6% standard, exactly half that (3%) with Premium, deducted from proceeds at escrow release. There are no listing fees or per-message charges, ever.

Who handles escrow?

Escrow.com handles 100% of funds on every transaction. We never hold the money. The buyer wires funds to Escrow.com, and they only release once both parties confirm the asset has transferred.

Do I need Premium to sell?

No - Free sellers can list and close deals. Premium adds data room access, saved searches, longer-lived offers, and priority support - and cuts your success fee from 6% to 3% on completed transfers.
