Indiemaker is a curated listing platform focused on digital asset transfers. Founders use Indiemaker to publish structured profiles of independently built digital projects and to engage in conversations that support smooth ownership transitions.
We support asset transfers only. No equity, shares, corporate entities, or regulated transactions.
Indiemaker supports the listing of digital assets that can be transferred cleanly from one operator to another. Eligible asset categories include:
Transferable domains with verifiable ownership. Must be memorable, short, or keyword-rich. Not accepted: offensive domains, subdomains, or links behind paywalls/marketplaces.
Completed MVPs with a working URL and demo/test access. Typically has little or no traffic and revenue. Must offer clear operational potential.
Operational SaaS, e-commerce, or online projects with at least 6–12 months of verified financial, traffic, or user data. Includes IP, systems, and accounts required for functional continuity.
Fully designed and developed websites that include both the brand and the domain. Must be cohesive, visually polished, and ready for personalization or expansion. Not accepted: low-quality templates, auto-generated sites, or generic theme installs.
Operational online stores with verifiable revenue, customer activity, and product fulfillment workflows. Includes brand assets, domain, content, and supporting infrastructure. Must demonstrate authenticity of inventory, supplier relationships, and customer engagement.
Accounts with authentic audiences and transferable ownership.
⚠️ Note on scope: Indiemaker does not support share or entity transfers. We focus exclusively on clean digital asset transitions, ensuring compliance and safety for indie founders.
To maintain safety, focus, and compliance, the following are not eligible:

SaaS, web, and mobile projects must outline tech stack, hosting, infrastructure, and dependencies.
Audience & Engagement Metrics
For content-driven or audience-driven projects, metrics such as traffic, subscribers, impressions, or engagement must be supplied.
Quality Signals & Presentation
Strong design, branding, clarity, and complete information improve listing performance. Note: Indiemaker does not guarantee code quality; operators must perform their own due diligence.
