Why Listings Still On Submitted State?

Before 1 week i submit a sale listing of my multi vendor e-commerce marketplace but its showing submitted while 1 week is gone but the status is stil showing submitted.

Why Listings still on submitted state?

I was also very curious about it. Maybe to find a way to contact the team or the founder. The support link in the footer is not helpful as it shows 500 error to me.
