Post Title: Missed A $6,000 Offer — Is There Any Way To Reconnect With The Buyer?

Hi everyone,

I received a $6,000 offer for my listing “AI Video Avatar SaaS: Low Latency Video Conversation Engine”, but unfortunately I missed the deadline because I was offline for a few weeks.

The offer has now expired, and I don't have a message thread with the buyer, so I can't contact them directly.

I've also tried contacting IndieMaker support but haven't received a response. The IndieMaker X account doesn't seem to be active either, so I'm not sure how to reach anyone who can help.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to contact the buyer or recover an expired offer?

I'd really appreciate any advice. I don't want to lose a $6,000 deal simply because I missed the deadline.

I’d first check whether the expired offer is still visible anywhere in your account, especially under your messages, notifications, or the listing’s offer history. If the buyer’s profile or username is still shown there, that may give you a way to reconnect without needing the original offer to be restored. Since this is a $6,000 offer, I’d also avoid creating a new transaction or sharing payment details outside the platform until you know what happened to the original offer. It would be better to have IndieMaker confirm whether the offer can be reopened or whether the buyer needs to submit a new one. There have been other community questions about contacting buyers and handling offers, so this seems like something worth raising with the platform directly as well. If support eventually responds, include the listing name, approximate offer date, amount, and the fact that the offer expired while you were offline. That should give them enough context to investigate it. If anyone here has actually recovered or reconnected with a buyer after an offer expired, I'd be interested to hear how you handled it.
Thanks for the suggestions, I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I’ve already checked my messages, notifications, and the listing/offer history, but there’s no way for me to contact the buyer from the expired offer. I also haven’t been given any option to reopen it or see a contact method. The main issue is that I contacted IndieMaker support more than two weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. I’ve also tried looking for another way to reach the team, but haven’t had any luck. That’s why I’m asking here if anyone has actually dealt with an expired offer and successfully got IndieMaker to reconnect them with the buyer (or knows another way to reach the buyer through the platform), I’d really appreciate hearing how you did it. I definitely don’t want to create any transaction or share payment details outside IndieMaker. I just want to find out whether there’s a legitimate way to reopen the conversation or have the buyer submit the offer again. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
