How Can I List A Product For Sale?

I'm trying to list my SaaS, I have added all details but there's no submit or publish option. The only option is to save changes and I checked my listings, it's saved as draft.

Mine is a bit different. The status of the saas is submitted, but not getting approved at all. I don't know the reason.
