Hi, makers 👋
I'm a third-year engineering student from India, and over the last few months I've been building Rifair AI, an AI-powered hiring operations platform.
The idea started when I noticed how much time recruiters spend on repetitive hiring tasks:
Writing job descriptions Creating interview questions Building evaluation scorecards Maintaining consistency across interviews Reducing bias in candidate evaluation
Rifair AI helps turn a hiring requirement into a structured hiring workflow with interview kits, scorecards, evaluation guides, and hiring documentation.
Recently, I've been thinking beyond content generation and toward something bigger:
What if recruiters could simply type:
"Find me a frontend developer in Mumbai with React experience and 1–3 years of experience"
and AI agents could:
Source candidates Rank them Reach out automatically Schedule interviews Hand off interested candidates to human recruiters
Before investing more time building this vision, I'd love honest feedback from founders, recruiters, and hiring managers here.
Questions: Is this a real pain point worth solving? What part of hiring consumes the most time today? Would you trust AI to source and schedule candidates? What existing tools do you currently use?
Would appreciate any brutally honest feedback.
Thanks 🙏
