I just received my first offer. The options are to accept \or reject. Are negotiations and counteroffers allowed? if so, how do I communicate with the buyer?
@user1129 Hey! Yes – you can absolutely send a counter. Just click “Reject Offer” and you’ll be able to message the buyer directly with your counteroffer.
Other sellers have mentioned this too, so we’ll be adding a clearer Counter button soon to make it way more intuitive 🙌
