Under-Vehicle Security Checkpoint Desktop Application with ANPR Integration

Desktop security application for Under-Vehicle Scan System (UVSS) checkpoints. Features offline operation, automated threat detection with laser scanning simulation, ANPR and face recognition integration, and hardware-locked licensing. Built with FastAPI backend wrapped in WebView2 container for native Windows deployment. Includes SQLite database for local data persistence and glassmorphic UI for real-time monitoring.
