Youth Sports Academy Management SaaS with Gamified Player Development

A production-ready SaaS platform for football and goalkeeper academies, live and running with a first academy onboarding.

Youth academies are small businesses drowning in admin: registrations by email, payments by bank transfer, player notes in Excel. Existing tools cover the admin but none make player development visible.

This platform does both. Full registration and payment engine (subscriptions, blocks, camps, private sessions, instalments, discounts, waiting lists) plus scheduling, attendance and financial reporting.

The differentiator is the development module: after training a coach fills in a short report per player in ~20 seconds, which automatically feeds a gamified, FIFA-style player card that levels up over time with XP, milestones and badges. Ratings are relative to age group, so younger players stay motivated. Parents follow their child's progress through their own login, and kids share their card on social media. That is what keeps families subscribed.

Fully multi-tenant: one system, many academies, each with its own subdomain and branding. Laravel + Vue + Inertia, mobile-first PWA, four user roles, super-admin layer, onboarding wizard.

Built for the Dutch market (Dutch language, iDEAL and SEPA direct debit) at €89-119/month per academy. The concept translates directly to any youth sport in any country.
