Truppo — Launch-Ready iOS & macOS Team App with Native CallKit Calls

Truppo is a native iOS and macOS app that gives small teams everything they need in one place, instead of paying for Slack, Trello and Zoom separately. Interface in English and German.

• Tasks — Kanban board (Open / In Progress / Deferred / Done), priorities, deadlines, attachments, "needs help" flag
• Chat — team channels and 1:1 messages, file sharing, unread counters
• Calls — audio/video via LiveKit, with CallKit & VoIP push: incoming calls ring natively full-screen, even on the lock screen and with the app closed
• Meetings — scheduling with participants and push reminders
• Quarterly goals — lightweight OKRs with progress tracking
• Team updates — private photo/video feed with likes and comments
• Security — PIN lock in the Keychain (salted, 150,000 SHA-256 rounds), App Check enforced
• Offline — sync queue for actions made without a connection

No hard user limit — designed for companies of up to ~50 employees.

Stack: SwiftUI (Swift 6-ready, iOS 17+ / macOS 14+ via Catalyst), Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions on Node 20, FCM, App Check), LiveKit. Strict multi-tenant model, repository pattern with dependency injection, in-memory implementations — the app runs in demo mode with no backend and can be evaluated before you buy it.

Not a weekend prototype: unit and UI tests, Functions and rules tests, CI, SwiftLint. Built for Europe: EU data residency (Frankfurt), GDPR data export (Art. 15/20), account deletion, consent logging, finished privacy policy.

Honest status: build 1.0(1) is live on TestFlight; the App Store release only depends on paperwork. No revenue and no user base — you are buying finished substance, not traction: ~157 Swift files, ~175 tests plus 26 rules test cases, four CI jobs.
