A Windows-local tool that imports CSV, JSON, XML and Excel supplier files, remembers supplier mappings and store settings, prepares local catalog values, previews existing SKU price/stock differences and requires explicit final approval for store writes. English, Turkish, Arabic RTL and Simplified Chinese interface. Includes local audit records and backups; restoring a local backup does not undo store writes. This is an exclusive acquisition of an early-stage, pre-revenue codebase and legally transferable seller-owned rights by one buyer, not customer licenses.
