Precision Irrigation SaaS with Satellite Data Integration

Production-deployed precision irrigation SaaS for Mediterranean agriculture: FAO-56 modelling fused with satellite soil moisture. 69,500 lines, Android app live, five languages, zero revenue. Spain's January 2027 digital-logbook mandate makes this worth more to a buyer with farmers than it is to me.

About this listing

A complete, production-deployed precision irrigation SaaS for professional Mediterranean agriculture. It tells a farmer how much water each plot needs today, combining FAO-56 Penman-Monteith agronomic modelling with satellite soil moisture (Sentinel-1, SMAP) and real-time weather.

This is not a prototype. It is live and deployed on Railway, billing wired to Stripe, with an Android app published on Google Play and a full legal layer (GDPR, EU AI Act, consent logging). Five languages: ES, EN, IT, PT, FR.

Honest numbers first. Lifetime revenue: 0 EUR, with zero charges ever processed in Stripe. Registered users: 8, of which 1 was active in the last 30 days. Lifetime pageviews: 1,018. I never solved distribution. The product works; almost nobody ever saw it.

What you are buying is roughly 69,500 lines of code (31,000 Python + 38,500 TypeScript) across 456 commits: 600-900 hours of specialised work, deployed, tested and compliant, plus a brand, a domain and a published Android app. Operating cost is under 40 USD/month, so you can keep it running for two years for under 1,000 USD while you find the customers I did not.

The timing matters more than any of that. Spain is making digital field logbooks mandatory: paper and PDF records are legal only until 31 December 2026, and from 1 January 2027 growers in Andalucia and Castilla-La Mancha need CUE/SIEX-compatible software. This product is not certified yet - that integration is specified but not built. For an agtech company, an agricultural ERP vendor, a cooperative group or an agronomy consultancy facing that deadline, this is roughly six months of development already done. That window closes around November 2026.

Every number here is verifiable: read-only Stripe access and live database queries on a call. Nothing is rounded, estimated or projected.
