ALKAN is a construction-intelligence and contractor-operations platform built for the Washington construction market. It combines permit/project discovery, contractor verification, enrichment, opportunity scoring, lead routing, CRM workflows, and back-office support tools in one system.

The product was developed from real contractor operations and has been used to support estimating, public-works compliance, lead generation, project research, contractor back-office, and client acquisition workflows.

This is being sold as a full transferable software/data-workflow asset, not as a mature MRR SaaS business. The buyer receives the application, workflows, scoring logic, documentation, selected transferable data assets, and commercial-use evidence.
