COD Fraud Prevention Shopify App

TrueCOD is a live Shopify app built to help merchants reduce Cash on Delivery fraud and avoidable RTO losses. It analyzes COD orders using multiple risk signals such as suspicious addresses, previous rejected orders, repeated customer/address patterns, blacklist and whitelist rules, and trusted customer history. Each order receives a clear Low, Medium, or High risk assessment with reasons, allowing merchants to decide whether to accept, hold, or reject the order before fulfillment.

The product is already live on the Shopify App Store with 11 installs and one 5-star review. It is currently pre-revenue, with $0 revenue to date, and has not yet received significant marketing or customer acquisition investment.

The core product, risk engine, merchant dashboard, Shopify integration, database, workflows, and supporting infrastructure are already built and operational.
