Healthcare Booking App with Chile Tax Integration

MiSalud is a complete healthcare booking and telemedicine platform for Chile, already published and approved on the App Store and Google Play. ▎ ▎ Patients search verified professionals, book a slot and pay upfront. The money is held by the platform and only released once the appointment is completed. The professional gets an agenda, specialty-specific clinical records, video consultations, signed prescriptions and lab orders — and, most importantly, their legal tax invoice issued automatically on every completed appointment. ▎ ▎ That last part is the moat. In Chile every paid consultation must end in an electronic invoice (boleta de honorarios) issued in the professional's own name to the tax authority (SII). Doing it automatically on someone else's behalf requires an approved government registration — this project already has it. No competitor in the market does this. ▎ ▎ Built as a single Flutter codebase for iOS, Android and web, with a TypeScript backend on Firebase (130 deployed functions). 109,000 lines of code, 1,065 passing tests, zero production errors. ▎ ▎ It is pre-revenue: the product is finished and live, but commercial traction hasn't been built yet.
