Chess Education Platform with AI Coach and Structured Lessons

A fully built and live chess learning platform that combines structured learning, gamification, AI-assisted coaching, and practical chess play in one experience.

Rather than being just another online chessboard, the platform is built around player progression. Users can learn chess concepts, complete lessons and challenges, solve puzzles, play against AI at different skill levels, and progress through an adventure-style system with XP and ELO-based challenges.

The platform includes an integrated AI Chess Coach designed to help players understand positions and improve while learning and playing. Players can also set up positions, analyze positions from images, use FEN/PGN, review move history, and access additional chess analysis tools.

The product is already deployed and receiving early usage. Recent Google Analytics data recorded 26 active users, 21 new users, 563 views and 907 events over a 28-day period, with approximately 3 minutes average engagement time per active user.

It is currently pre-revenue and has received very limited marketing. I am selling because my development focus has shifted to other projects, giving a buyer the opportunity to acquire a functioning product and focus on growth, monetization, and distribution rather than building from scratch.
