Teams can ask questions about documents and spreadsheets, get answers with clickable sources (so you know the AI is not just making things up as they often do), and connect information spread across different files. For example, an employee can check an unpaid invoice, open the source, and prepare a follow-up draft for review.

It goes beyond answering questions. A company glossary helps new employees understand internal terms and how things are done in said company. Alerts and scheduled briefings bring attention to issues. Sniper researches potential customers, explains how well they fit the company's criteria, and suggests an approach with sources.

Each company has its own workspace and context. A packaging supplier and a logistics company use the same underlying product, but work with different information, terms and sales criteria.

The product includes saved conversations, research history, draft actions, company branding, member access controls, and desktop and mobile interfaces.
