About this listing

Upload a camera roll, get a printed photo book. Kiroku composes the whole book automatically, lets the customer adjust anything, takes the payment and sends print-ready files to a European print network. No page design, no templates, no desktop software.

Live at kiroku.it and app.kiroku.it since 13 July 2026 - and it has never sold anything. EUR 0 revenue, 0 customers. Payments run in mock mode and every product carries a developmentOnly flag, deliberately: nobody can sell through a legal entity that does not exist yet. Going live is Stripe onboarding plus a config change - administrative, not engineering.

What you buy is the engine. The composer is deterministic, not generative: it drops near-duplicates by image signature, orders photos by capture time, picks a varied page rhythm and builds a collage cover with a spine width computed from the printer's own formula. Same photos in, same book out - which is what makes the on-screen preview a true promise about the printed object. One millimetre-accurate page structure drives preview, editor, pre-flight and the final PDF/X-4 300 DPI export; a page is never flattened into an image.

Around it, finished: editor with undo/redo and live pricing, pre-flight quality checks, Stripe Checkout with automatic refunds, a working Cloudprinter integration (two sandbox orders accepted, shipping and tracking webhooks verified), 7 transactional emails, a full admin back office, guest checkout, backups.

36,000 lines of strict TypeScript. 540 automated tests, all green. 4,100 lines of documentation, 32 architecture decision records, an engineering journal of every production incident.

EUR 29.90 per book shipping included, flat across 24-180 pages; landed cost EUR 14.40-18.49, measured against the printer's real quotes; EUR 20-40 a month to run.

No proof copy printed yet (about EUR 20). No marketing. Stated here, not buried.
