Fauxto also ships with compliance that most tools in this category skip entirely. Every generated image carries provenance metadata and machine-readable AI marking in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, uploads are deleted within 24 hours, photos of minors are automatically rejected, and there is a public image-reporting route plus full terms, privacy and CGV/CGU pages.
