These responses change over time, often hallucinate wrong facts, and business owners are acutely unaware of what their customers are being told about their business by AI.

The product: Sonarlight is a web-based SaaS that helps local businesses track the visibility, sentiment, and accuracy of AI answers about your businesses. Based on ground truth data about your business from your Google Business Profile and your website, and relying on deep customer modeling based on Census data, it generates a smart set of prompts. These prompts are intelligently based on various factors such as the business, it's location, services offered, compared vs competitors, and customer needs. Finally, it will run those prompts against top AI providers such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity, and conduct thorough analysis of the responses to track - visibility, sentiment, accuracy. SonarLight will also generate recommendations to improve on each of those tracks.
